significant events of the week----
1) started classes (one per day. 3 hours per class. no friday classes. 3-5 students in each class.)
2) loved classes (could have stayed all day.. would totally go on friday if i had a class to go to.)
3) bought skippy.
4) spent time (and loved every minute) with hilarious husband who wrote previous posts-no, every moment wasn't significant, but it was with my significant other. so it counts.
5) got sick. still sick.
6) saw an entire British men's soccer team standing next to the sidewalk on my way home... in nothing but jock straps. eew.
a good first week, bar a few mishaps, don't you think?
you guys are too cute! its so fun to think of you guys taking this adventure together! i cant wait to hear all the funny stories! :)
ReplyDeleteHaha! Whoa! What a week! I'm so glad you're enjoying your classes! I've been meaning to ask you about your course and how you're liking it... Is it different from let's say... a humanities/ethics class at BYU? hehe. I'm sure you miss classes like that ethics one... NOT. =)
ReplyDeleteAs for getting sick... BUMMER. I swear everyone I know is sick - myself included. Hope you get feeling better!
I don't think you will get in trouble for not posting pictures of this week. I love reading your blog, and am so excited for the many adventures you are having! Thanks Brandon for posting also, it was fabulous. You should contribute more often.
ReplyDeleteYou could have had worse luck than bumping into the men's British soccer team--I mean, at least it wasn't like bumping into the British national sumo wrestling team (and I say all this from deep within the security of my own heterosexuality).
