the cherry blossoms at brooklyn botanical gardens

we go every year because it would be tragic not to.  it's too hard not to take photos of every. single. thing.  but luckily i have a kid who runs away at every chance he gets so i didn't get too obsessed with taking photos.

i hope there are cherry blossoms in heaven.

it was sullivan's 2 year birthday that day.  what a handsome little guy.

latonya and her gorgeous little girl joined us as well.  this photo slays me with beauty. seriously.

most of the group?  we had a few kids rush out at different points.

just getting a good nuzzle in.  she's the best.

oh man.  this kills me too.  so so sweet.  and nicole looks amazing at 35 weeks right?!

and a second one just like the one above except...look at hugo's smile.  that kid is one of the cheeriest people i have ever met.  so stinkin' happy all the time.
