looking back, paternity leave was probably the best thing i could have asked for after the birth of henrietta. i wish it could have lasted longer. our days consisted of walks to the park, trips to see different parts of the city, and trying all sorts of delicious food. we made it to the bronx zoo, the south street seaport, downtown to pier 6...we killed it. and having two kids was easy with branden around. he was the glue that kept things from falling apart those first few weeks that i was still trying to get my feet back under me (i forget how much better you feel after 6 weeks!)
