Just in case you were wondering, I have a group now for my group project. Yay! It turns out I wasn't the only one who hadn't made connections yet.
I am meeting with Lamin from Gambia and Uni (I don't know where he's from yet) tomorrow.

Yay! That's great! I kind of experienced last pick feeling yesterday at my professional development meeting. We were supposed to pair up with someone we didn't know, and when I got up everyone had a partner! I guess it was a little different. Still, that rejection feeling came rushing back from middle/high school days.
ReplyDeleteI had the same thing happen a year ago in the industrial design program the only problem was I knew these people for 3 years, I hope you didn't cry as much as I did. I just want you to know if I was doing a group project I would ask you to be in my group!
