i've been trying hard to get back to feeling strong and able-bodied after two kids in two years. i never quite felt like myself after hugo (i was pregnant too fast with henrietta) so i'm taking advantage of having my body all to myself for the next little while and getting strong!

yoga at 8 am in times square. i'm definitely not a yoga person. but a yoga in times square person? sure! i'll do it anytime.
5K race in central park. lizzie and i signed up for these together and had such a great time!
there's really nothing like a good hard run to kick start being healthy.
