we have a friend who is a magician (yes, you read that right) and we decided we needed to do a night for him to showcase his talent. but as i was planning it out-i realized we were going to be gone for our annual christmas eve dinner (and would be home for it! whoo hoo!). but it meant we would be missing out on the nyc one. so i decided to do an ugly sweater party where everyone had to showcase talents-finishing up with our magician. it was easy-everyone brought a side and we just supplied the ham. (i should do this more often. so easy!)
the crew was a lively bunch, as you can tell from this photo. this was my favorite series from the whole night. hilarious.
dinner! those broccoli cheesiness goodness, fruit salad. yikes. it was all too good.
