hugo met grandma brenda and his great uncles and aunts and many second cousins (and louie the shitzu) this last week and what a whirlwind trip it was! he was a charmer (that smile is like liquid gold) and it was so wonderful to see family.
we not only got to visit family, but did the branden childhood tour, visiting a few of b's old homes (he's standing in front of one in that picture in the top right) and his old town. it was quaint and one street long. notice the hardware store in the bottom right? branden says that whenever he thinks of a hardware store he pictures that little shop.
and, of course, we had a family photoshoot. that barn and the blossoming tree was too beautiful to pass up.
so every time i hear from you i wish we lived closer. i really love and admire you. thanks fr your input on the blog today. we have some testing out to do!
