sometimes, as i am driving down the left side of the road, it hits me. we live in europe.
and then i pass by the three 200 year old churches on my way to pick up b from work...and i look at them with awe all over again. we love it here. we really do.
p.s. english food really is bad. it's not just a saying. it's really true.
That's funny about the food! John and I were just discussing that last night. I went to Europe on a senior trip in high school and I couldn't recall anything that I liked eating in England except for these jam filled biscuits called Biens. All the good food I remembered was from France (mmmm crepes!). What do they do for breakfast in England?
